As a Content Specialist at Show and Tell, you'll bring ideas to life across visual and written content. This role combines hands-on production with strategic thinking, giving you the opportunity to shape compelling content for clients spanning B2B and B2C industries, including agriculture, healthcare, education, retail, and beyond.
Reporting to the Director of Strategy, Brand and Amplification, you'll work across the full content lifecycle—from initial concept and strategy through production, distribution, and performance analysis. You'll collaborate with account managers, strategists, designers, and clients to deliver content marketing that drive real results.
What You'll Do
Content Production & Multimedia Creation
Lead video production projects from concept to delivery, including shooting, editing, and adapting content for multiple platforms.
Write and edit compelling copy for diverse formats: social media posts, email campaigns, website content, blog articles, video scripts, and ad copy
Produce short-form video content optimized for social platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn video, YouTube Shorts)
Contribute to the agency's own content for website, social media, and newsletters
Social Media Strategy & Management
Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies for multiple client accounts across Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms
Build and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent posting schedules and strategic content mix
Track and report on social media performance metrics, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations
Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging social media trends
AI Experimentation & Innovation
Experiment with AI-assisted workflows for copywriting, ideation, image generation, and video editing
Stay curious about how AI is reshaping content creation while maintaining quality and authenticity standards
Who You Are
3-5 years of experience in content creation or social media management role (agency experience is considered an asset)
Relevant post-secondary education in marketing, communications, multimedia production, or related field
Proficient in Office365 as well as video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
Comfortable with video capture equipment (cameras, lighting, audio) for both studio and field production

You're comfortable working on multiple active client projects simultaneously, shifting priorities as needed

You're organized enough to manage your workload but know when to ask for help
You stay current on marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats
You're genuinely curious about AI and eager to experiment with new tools
