Compensation: $90,000–$115,000

BarBurrito is growing, and we are expanding our Marketing team We are seeking a strong, strategic (Senior) Brand Manager to play a leadership role in driving national marketing initiatives across our franchise system.
This role is designed for an experienced marketing leader; however, we are open to high-performing Brand Managers ready to step into a more senior scope.
The (Senior) Brand Manager reports directly to the VP of Marketing and plays a critical role in shaping brand strategy, executing national campaigns, and ensuring alignment across digital, creative, social, and field marketing efforts.
Role Overview
The (Senior) Brand Manager leads the planning, execution, and performance analysis of national marketing initiatives. This role oversees major campaigns, new product launches, franchisee-facing programs, and cross-functional marketing alignment.
You will be responsible for ensuring that brand strategy translates into strong in-store execution, digital performance, and measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead national and third-party app campaigns from strategy through execution and post-mortem analysis
Own campaign pipelines, new product development (NPD), product testing, and menu optimization initiatives
Oversee POP development, merchandising standards, and brand audits
Support local market activation and franchisee marketing initiatives
Lead campaign analytics, reporting, and performance insights
Partner cross-functionally with Digital, Creative, Social, and Field Marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution
Contribute to marketing budget planning, tracking, and optimization
Provide leadership and direction across marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy
Ideal Experience & Profile
10+ years of marketing experience, ideally within QSR, retail, or multi-unit franchise environments
Proven experience leading national marketing campaigns across a franchise or multi-location system
People management experience
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Exceptional organizational and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization
Confident leading initiatives cross-functionally and influencing at multiple levels
