We are looking for a Web Developer to join our Toronto office team. This is a permanent employment/full-time, 5-day-a-week position.

Tasks
Consult with clients to develop and document Website requirements
Design and integrate website-related code
Determine hardware and software requirements to achieve optimal server performance
Develop website architecture
Write, modify, and test website-related code
Write, modify, integrate, and test software code
Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required
Communicate technical problems, processes, and solutions
Create and optimize content for the Website using a variety of graphics, databases, animation, and other software
Research and evaluate a variety of interactive media software products
Research and evaluate a variety of software products
Write, modify, integrate, and test software code for e-commerce and other Internet applications
JavaScript Object Notation (JSON)
Manage incidents
Modify Web pages, applets, and scripts
Collect data to identify areas for improvement within an organization's IT infrastructure
Participate in staff meetings
Develop and implement software and information system testing policies and procedures
Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade web server hardware and software
