We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Brand Manager to serve as the operational engine for our brands. As a tactical executor and data expert, your primary focus will be day-to-day execution, rigorous performance monitoring, and early issue detection. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and daily operations, ensuring that business initiatives successfully translate into bottom-line results.
What You Will Do
Data & Reporting Mastery: Own the accuracy and integrity of master files. Build, maintain, and analyze performance reports and projections for the Sr. Account Manager, proactively questioning and validating data discrepancies.
Vigilant Brand Monitoring: Track daily sales, weekly KPIs, and the performance of top SKUs. Monitor Buy Box win rates, 3P sellers, competitors, and overall listing health. Audit fees regularly to flag margin risks and escalate potential issues early.
Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: Keep a close eye on inventory levels to prevent Out-of-Stock (OOS) scenarios. Review Long-Term Storage (LTS) sheets monthly, provide strategic recommendations, and coordinate with the supply chain team to maintain optimal stock levels.
Strategy Execution: Seamlessly implement quarterly VTO strategies developed by the Sr. Account Manager. Execute pricing tests, CTR (Click-Through Rate) tests, and Buy Box initiatives while continuously suggesting new opportunities for growth and profitability.
Project & Task Management: Serve as the cross-functional hub for brand projects. Create and manage all initiative workflows in Asana, monitoring task progress every 1–2 days. Provide weekly updates and immediately escalate any blocked or delayed tasks.
What Success Looks Like in This Role
Proactive Problem Solving: Issues are identified and escalated before they become client or business problems.
Data Integrity: Reporting and master files are consistently clean, accurate, and up-to-date.
Reliable Execution: Strategies and tests are executed correctly and strictly on time.
Operational Excellence: Assigned brands run smoothly and efficiently on a day-to-day basis.
