We are looking for a talented short-form editor/creator for long-term collaboration.
We release approx 1 podcast episode per month ("Baby, Let's Talk") – 60–90 minutes, women's health, energy, hormones, motherhood, metabolism – warm, science-based, empathetic tone.
Your job: Turn each episode into 5–10 high-viral-potential clips (15–90 seconds) for:
Instagram Feed/Reels: 1:1 ratio (1440x1440 px) and 4:5 ratio (1440x1800 px)
Instagram Stories: 9:16 ratio (1080x1920 px)
YouTube Shorts: 9:16 ratio (1080x1920 px)
We want clips that feel authentic, emotional, relatable, and shareable – with high chance of going viral in women's health niche.
Requirements per delivery:
Receive 1 full podcast episode (audio + video).
Identify 5–10 most engaging segments (hooks, stories, science bites, practical tips, "aha"-moments).
Edit into vertical videos (1080x1920 or 1440x1800/1440x1440, captions/subtitles, simple B-roll/text overlays, subtle music).
End screen with CTA text: "Take our free quiz" → link to quiz
Branded style (we'll provide colors, fonts, logo).
Suggest captions/hashtags for each clip.
Deliver 5–10 ready-to-post MP4 files.
Ideal candidate:
Proven experience with viral short-form in health/wellness, women's health, motherhood, personal development.
Strong eye for emotional hooks and what makes clips shareable.
Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar (fast turnaround).
Reliable, communicative, and excited about long-term work.
Start with test: 1 episode → 5 clips (~$150–$300 fixed, depending on your rate).
If great match, move to monthly fixed rate (suggest your pricing for 5–10 clips/month).
