Hi, I'm Olivia Young — founder of Box + Flow and host of the podcast Everything You Need Is Inside.
I'm looking for a skilled short-form video editor to take a 30–60 second clip from my first podcast episode and turn it into an Instagram Reel.
This first project should take approximately 1 hour. If it's a good fit, I'd like to make this an ongoing relationship (1–3 reels per week).
What I Need:
Extract a strong 30–60 sec segment from my podcast audio (I will provide link + time stamps if needed)
Overlay clean captions (minimal, aesthetic, not over-designed)
Pair with simple, high-quality imagery or subtle motion (can be static photos or light movement)
Export in IG Reel format (9:16)
Deliver within 36 hours
Style Direction:
Clean, elevated, modern
Authority-driven, not "influencer-y"
Think calm confidence, embodiment, clarity
No cheesy transitions, no excessive animations
Subtitles must feel intentional and easy to read
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced with Instagram Reels / TikTok
Strong understanding of pacing and emotional beats
Can identify powerful moments in audio
Understands personal brand positioning
Detail-oriented
