This is NOT a beginner-level task. Please only apply if you have proven experience modifying Shopify themes at code level and implementing scalable custom solutions.
Project Overview
I need help resolving a specific technical challenge in my Shopify store:
-Creation of custom product pages
- Individual product descriptions per product
- Implementation of collapsible dropdown sections (accordion-style content)
- The dropdown structure must be dynamic and automatically applied across products when edited centrally (not manually configured per product each time)
- The solution must be clean, scalable, and built according to Shopify best practices
This requires someone who understands:
- Shopify theme architecture
- Liquid templating
- Metafields
- Custom sections & reusable components
- Dynamic content structures
- Clean, maintainable code
Important Requirements
To be considered, you must:
- Provide examples of Shopify stores you have customized at theme/code level
- Be comfortable working directly in Liquid, CSS, and JavaScript
- Understand scalable product template structures
- Deliver solutions that do NOT rely on unnecessary third-party apps
Applications without portfolio examples will not be considered.
Bonus (High Priority for Ongoing Work)
If you also have:
- Proven experience with Shopify conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Case studies showing measurable improvements in conversion rates
- Experience improving product page UX, AOV, or performance
Then I have multiple additional projects ready after this initial task.
