This role combines:
- WooCommerce custom development
- NetSuite functional expertise (with light SuiteScript)
- Celigo integration administration
- Checkout architecture work
This is not a beginner role. We need someone who understands real-world ERP integrations, payment flows, and production systems.
Current Environment:
- WooCommerce web store (production)
- NetSuite ERP (live)
- Celigo as the integration platform
- Existing WooCommerce NetSuite flows (need monitoring & troubleshooting)
- Ongoing checkout rebuild initiative
Primary Responsibilities:
1. WooCommerce NetSuite Integration Support
- Monitor and troubleshoot Celigo flows
- Diagnose sync failures between WooCommerce and NetSuite
- Maintain and adjust field mappings
- Support order, fulfillment, customer, and inventory sync logic
- Provide light SuiteScript modifications when necessary
- Collaborate with our team on integration improvements
2. Celigo Administration
- Review and optimize current Celigo integrator flows
- Improve logging, error handling, and retry mechanisms
- Identify performance bottlenecks
- Recommend best practices for stability and scalability
3. Custom WooCommerce Checkout Rebuild
We are ramping up production of a new custom WooCommerce checkout page.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
Mandatory skills: WordPress, WooCommerce, Web Development, Web Design, CSS
