We are a fast-growing inbound call platform that connects insurance agents with consumers actively seeking coverage. We are hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist to review and monitor the quality of calls purchased by agents to ensure call standards, compliance, and overall lead quality.
Responsibilities:
-Review recorded inbound insurance sales calls
-Evaluate call quality, caller intent, and agent interaction standards
-Score calls using established QA guidelines and SOPs
-Identify compliance risks or improper call handling
-Flag low-quality or invalid calls when applicable
-Document findings clearly and consistently
-Provide summaries and trend feedback to management
Requirements:
-Experience reviewing sales calls or working in call center QA
-Strong attention to detail and objective decision-making
-Must Speak Spanish and English
-Ability to work consistently during U.S. business hours
Role Details:
-Remote, ongoing position
-Consistent weekly hours (daytime availability required)
-Long-term opportunity as the company continues to grow
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
