About the Project
We're building an AI-powered platform that helps homeowners decide whether to renovate before selling or sell as-is. The product analyzes property data, comparable sales, and renovation costs to generate scenario-based intelligence reports — think of it as an unbiased renovation value advisor.
This is a data-heavy, API-intensive platform, not a marketing website. If your portfolio is primarily WordPress, Shopify, or brochure sites, this isn't the right fit.
What We Need Built
• Consumer-facing web application preferred)
• Mobile application (React Native preferred)
• AI/ML pipeline: property condition analysis, after-renovation-value prediction, renovation cost estimation
• Multiple API integrations: MLS data feeds, property records databases, renovation cost sources, market trend data
• Provider portal for vetted contractor and agent network
• Admin dashboard with business analytics and AI model performance monitoring

• Founding team brings 30+ years executive operations and 20+ years real estate investment experience
What We're Looking For in a Partner
• Demonstrated SaaS experience: Show us working products with active users — not mockups, not screenshots. We want a URL with a login.
• AI/ML integration capability: Real experience deploying AI/ML in production. We need specifics, not "we use ChatGPT."
• API-heavy architecture: Our platform aggregates data from 5+ external sources. You need to have built systems like this before.
• Phased development mindset: We believe in MVP first, validate, then iterate.
• Transparent communication: Regular updates, honest about blockers, proactive about scope implications.
• Brand & design capability (a plus): If your team also offers brand identity and UI/UX design services, let us know. Bundled capability is an advantage.
Our Selection Process
1. This posting: You respond with the required items below.
2. Screening call: 15 minutes. We learn about your experience, you learn about the project.
3. NDA: Mutual. Standard. Required before we share detailed technical requirements.
4. Paid prototype: We pay you $500–$750 to build a small working piece of the product. 14 business days. This is not spec work — it's a compensated evaluation that leads directly to a $10K–$30K MVP engagement.
5. Selection: We review prototypes, pick our partner, and negotiate the full MVP engagement.
YOUR RESPONSE MUST INCLUDE:
Incomplete responses will not be considered. We are specifically looking for:
1. A link to a working SaaS product you've built — a real URL where we can log in and use the software. Portfolio pages and case study screenshots do not count.
2. Your team composition for this project — names, roles, and LinkedIn profiles of the people who would actually work on our build. Not "our team of experienced professionals." Actual humans.
3. Your AI/ML approach — how would you handle the computer vision, valuation modeling, and cost estimation components? Build from scratch, integrate third-party services, or hybrid?
4. A rough timeline estimate for MVP based on the scope described above.
5. Your rate structure and typical engagement terms, including your position on IP ownership and code access.
Budget & Timeline
MVP Budget: $10K–$30K (scope-dependent, open to discussion)
MVP Timeline: 3–4 months target
Engagement Model: Phased SOWs with milestone-based payments. We pay on delivery of working software, not on time elapsed.
Location
We require a US-based or English-fluent project lead with strong communication skills. Development team location is flexible — we care about quality, communication, and time zone overlap, not geography.
