This is not a basic "install caching plugin" task.
We need someone who:
- Has proven experience improving Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) on real (and complex) production sites
- Understands Divi-specific performance bottlenecks
- Can optimise mainly at server level (20i hosting), not just via plugins
- Knows how to work with CDN, caching layers, compression, HTTP headers, critical CSS, font loading, script deferral etc.
- Can diagnose performance issues using Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix,
- Can explain what to fix at build level, not only patch issues afterwards
What we expect:
- Clear technical audit with concrete optimisation roadmap
- Hands-on implementation
- Practical guidance for our team on how we should build future Divi sites with performance in mind
- Before/after performance metrics

Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 40 hours per week.
