We are seeking a highly skilled Squarespace web designer to lead a full redesign of our existing website, The objective is to elevate our digital presence to reflect our authority, professionalism, and credibility in the safety industry while improving
user experience and conversion performance.
Project Overview
• Full redesign of the existing website (this is not a template refresh)
• Maintain current platform: Squarespace (no platform migration)
• Modernize the design to reflect industry leadership
• Improve clarity of services and training offerings
• Increase conversions for training registration and consultation requests
Scope of Work
• Strategic restructuring of site navigation and content hierarchy
• Complete visual redesign with refined layout, spacing, and typography
• Redesign of the following pages:
1. Homepage
2. Training Page(s)
3. Trainer Page
4. About Page
5. Contact Page
6. Additional service pages as needed
• Mobile-first optimization (fully responsive design)
• Strong call-to-action placement throughout the site
• Trust-building elements (credentials, certifications, testimonials, authority
positioning)
• Basic on-page SEO structure (proper heading hierarchy, metadata structure,
layout optimization)
• Implementation directly within Squarespace
Design Expectations
• Clean, modern, professional aesthetic
• Corporate yet approachable tone
• Structured content that communicates expertise and compliance authority
• Clear service segmentation (OSHA training vs consulting services)
• Conversion-focused layout (lead capture and inquiry optimization)
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Advanced Squarespace design experience (portfolio required)
• Strong UX/UI design principles
• Experience redesigning professional service or consulting websites
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Knowledge of layout balance, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to create high-trust, credibility-driven designs
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines
Compensation
We are open to competitive proposals based on demonstrated expertise and portfolio
quality. Please provide your standard hourly rate and an estimated number of hours
required for a complete redesign of a professional services website of this scale.
