What You'll Do
You'll dive deep into our ideal customer profiles and customer psychology to understand what truly drives purchasing decisions. You'll research competitors, analyze winning ads, and develop creative concepts that our team brings to life. You'll write hooks, scripts, and angles for VSLs, UGC, and short-form ads, then track performance and iterate based on data. You're the bridge between what's working in the market and what our editors and designers produce.
What We Need
- Proven experience in creative strategy for e-commerce or direct response brands
- Strong ability to research and deeply understand target audiences, their pain points, desires, and buying triggers
- Deep understanding of Meta and Google/YT ad ecosystems
- Ability to research, analyze, and reverse-engineer winning ad creatives
- Strong copywriting skills including hooks, scripts, CTAs, and advertorial angles
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on ad performance and knowing what to test next
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple brands at once
- Self-motivated with a habit of bringing strategies and ideas to the table rather than waiting for direction
Nice to Have
- Experience in the health, wellness, or supplement space
- Understanding of the full funnel from ad creative through landing page to conversion
