This is not a basic VA role. You will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your performance directly impacts how many estimates get booked and how many jobs get closed.
If you cannot confidently speak fluent English with a clear, minimal accent, this role is not for you.
Your Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and respond to text messages professionally
• Follow up with leads quickly and consistently
• Book estimates on the calendar efficiently
• Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
• Follow up on estimates to help convert them into paid jobs
• Manage CRM updates and customer records
• Coordinate scheduling between customers and field teams
• Handle basic admin tasks and keep everything organized
What We're Looking For:
• Excellent spoken English with minimal accent (REQUIRED)
• Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with customers
• Sales-minded and results-driven
• Experience with lead follow-up and appointment setting
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Fast response time during working hours
• Experience with CRM systems (Jobber, ServiceTitan, HubSpot, etc. is a plus)
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Work Hours:
Must be available during U.S. business hours.
