Über
We are seeking an experienced Google Ads and SEO contractor to support our restaurant clients in Los Angeles and Seattle. You will work on a project basis to improve search visibility, manage paid search campaigns, and drive targeted traffic that converts. Ideal candidates have experience with local restaurants, multi-location businesses, and measurable performance results in both SEO and paid advertising.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct local keyword research and competitive analysis for restaurant search terms
• Optimize on-page SEO for multiple restaurant sites (menu pages, location pages, blogs)
• Implement and monitor Google Business Profile optimization for local rankings
• Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Local)
• Create high-performing ad copy, keyword lists, and campaign structures
• Track and report key KPIs (traffic, clicks, cost per lead, conversions)
• Provide monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations
• Work closely with our internal content and operations teams to align strategies
Deliverables:
• SEO audit with prioritized action plan
• Local SEO implementation and tracking setup
• Google Ads campaign structure with targeting and budget recommendations
• Ongoing performance optimization and bi-weekly reports
• Clear documentation of changes and results
Skills Required:
• Strong experience with Google Ads (PPC) and SEO best practices
• Local SEO expertise (Google Business Profile, local citations, review signals)
• Ability to analyze data and improve campaigns based on real metrics
• Familiarity with restaurant industry search trends and keywords
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Ads platforms
Location: Remote – focus on local markets in Los Angeles, CA and Seattle, WA
Project Type: Fixed price or hourly (negotiable based on scope)
