We are looking for an experienced B2B Business Development Manager to build and scale our US partnership channel. Our product is premium, handmade framed wall art, and we want to grow specifically within the US interior design, hospitality, real estate, and corporate sectors.
Your primary responsibility is to generate qualified B2B opportunities and book high-quality meetings with decision-makers. This includes researching and identifying relevant US-based prospects, building structured lead lists, executing cold outreach through email, LinkedIn, and calls, and consistently following up until meetings are secured. You will manage and track all activity in a CRM and continuously improve messaging based on results.
We are not looking for someone who simply sends bulk emails. We need someone who understands how to approach decision-makers, handle long sales cycles, and build real partnerships that convert into revenue.
You must have proven experience in US B2B outreach or business development, strong written and spoken English, confidence on calls, and a structured, KPI-driven way of working. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar tools is important. Experience within interior design, hospitality, luxury products, or art is a strong advantage.
Compensation includes a base payment plus performance bonuses and commission tied to results. This role has significant long-term growth potential as the US B2B channel expands.
