Über
We are a short-term rental operator managing multiple properties with ~30 investors. Reporting Tags are already configured in Zoho Books. We need a Zoho Analytics expert to build structured, automated investor-level dashboards.
Scope:
Sync and structure Zoho Books data in Zoho Analytics
Create Investor master & Ownership % tables (for pooled model)
Build calculations for Net Profit, Investor Share, ROI, and Distributions
Develop clean dashboards (Revenue, Expenses, Monthly trends)
Configure row-level security (each investor sees only their data)
Enable automated PDF/scheduled reports
We operate both individual unit ownership and pooled investment models.
Looking for someone with strong Zoho Analytics experience, financial reporting expertise, and ability to design proper data architecture.
Please share relevant dashboards and estimated timeline
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Microsoft Excel, Data Analysis, Financial Analysis, Business Analysis, Accounting, Visual Basic for Applications, Analytics, Data Visualization, Zoho Analytics
