Configure post-purchase email automation in my course Offer:
Triggered immediately after purchase.
Custom welcome email thanking them, granting course access, and including a clear opt-in invitation for marketing emails (e.g., "Stay updated on retreats and wellness events? Check here to join our emails.").
Link to Kajabi opt-in form or checkbox flow that adds them to marketing list upon consent.
Set up contact segments/tags for targeted emails:
"Circle Customers" (paid course buyers).
"Lead Magnet" (freebie opt-ins).
"Retreat Interests" (event signups or tagged behaviors).
"Inactive" (for re-engagement).
Build 1-2 sample automations/sequences:
Welcome series for Circle buyers (e.g., Day 0 access + opt-in nudge; Day 3 module tip).
Lead magnet delivery + nurture to upsell course.
Ensure CASL compliance (Canada): Unsubscribe links, physical address, consent tracking.
Test everything: Make a test purchase, verify emails/segments trigger correctly.
30-min Zoom handover: Show me how to use/manage these basics.
Budget & Timeline:
$200–$350 fixed price. Complete in 1 week.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Kajabi's email marketing features and proof of experience in portfolio, email marketing expertise, excellent English written and spoken communication.
