About the Content
Debut Diaries is focused on sharing the knowledge and experience I've gained — especially from being in the K-pop industry and navigating creative growth — to help others in their own journeys.
The content is:
Educational
Motivational
Structured
Experience-based
Each video has a clear message and purpose.
Workflow
For every video:
I provide the script
I provide direction
I provide talking points
For more elevated Debut Diaries videos, I can provide reference links and visual inspiration
Your role would mainly be to:
Clean up the footage
Tighten pacing
Improve retention
Add backgrounds where needed
Elevate overall production quality
You would not be creating concepts from scratch — more so executing and enhancing.
Two Types of Videos
1. Audition Series (Performance Style)
For these, I'd like:
K-pop green screen stage backgrounds
Performance lighting overlays
Subtle spotlight / crowd energy effects
Clean but dynamic pacing
This should feel polished and performance-inspired, but not overly chaotic.
2. Debut Diaries (More Sophisticated Tone)
These are:
More minimal
Clean and elevated
Structured and intentional
Less flashy, more refined
For these, I may send references and scripts to guide the direction.
What I'm Looking For
Someone who:
Understands K-pop aesthetics and culture
Is comfortable using green screen backgrounds
Has strong short-form editing experience
Can execute direction clearly
Is detail-oriented and consistent
This would likely be around 12–20 short-form videos per month under a monthly retainer.
