Über
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support a growing app portfolio.
This role includes social media coordination, basic landing page builds, research, and administrative support.
This is a long-term role with consistent weekly hours.
Responsibilities:
• Schedule and manage social media posts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
• Create simple Canva graphics and carousel posts
• Build and update landing pages (Squarespace or similar platform)
• Upload app screenshots and format provided copy
• Conduct research (online groups, directories, contact lists)
• Assist with organizing files and task tracking
• Support project coordination with our small remote team
Requirements:
• Strong English communication
• Experience with Canva
• Experience building simple landing pages (Squarespace, Webflow, or similar)
• Organized, detail-oriented, reliable
• Comfortable following structured instructions
• Able to work 8-12 hours per week
Nice to Have:
• Light Figma familiarity
• Basic understanding of social media marketing
• Experience supporting app or tech projects
This is not a senior designer role — we are looking for someone who can execute clean, functional pages and graphics. Final brand polish may be handled by our designer.

We are building something long-term and are looking for someone dependable and growth-minded.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
