**Job Title: Senior Branding Manager (Immersive Events & Experiential Entertainment)**
Brand / Marketing / Creative
The Senior Branding Manager is responsible for leading and evolving the company's brand strategy across immersive events, experiential attractions, and large-scale public entertainment productions. This role drives brand positioning, storytelling, and creative direction to ensure every customer touchpoint—from digital ads to on-site guest experience—feels consistent, premium, and unforgettable.
This position will oversee brand identity development, campaign execution, event branding systems, and collaboration with internal creative teams, production teams, and external partners. The ideal candidate has a strong balance of strategic brand thinking and hands-on creative execution, with experience in live events, entertainment, attractions, or experiential marketing.
# **Key Responsibilities**
## **1. Brand Strategy & Market Positioning**
* Own the long-term brand strategy and positioning for the company and its event portfolio.
* Define messaging frameworks, brand voice, and audience segmentation strategies.
* Identify opportunities to strengthen brand differentiation in the entertainment and tourism marketplace.
* Ensure brand strategy aligns with revenue goals, ticketing strategy, and audience growth targets.
## **2. Immersive Storytelling & Brand Narrative**
* Develop brand storytelling systems that connect event themes, creative direction, and guest emotion.
* Translate immersive concepts into clear brand narratives for marketing and communications.
* Ensure campaigns and creative materials reflect the tone and world-building of each event.
## **3. Campaign Leadership (Seasonal + Launch)**
* Lead integrated branding campaigns for major event launches, seasonal campaigns, and touring activations.
* Partner with marketing teams on creative direction for paid media, social content, PR, and influencer activations.
* Ensure consistency across digital campaigns, promotional partnerships, and ticket sales platforms.
## **4. On-Site Brand Experience & Guest Journey**
* Oversee brand integration into the physical guest experience including:
* Entry signage and wayfinding
* Venue branding
* Themed installations and photo moments
* Merchandise and concessions branding
* Staff uniforms and guest-facing scripts
* Collaborate with production teams to ensure brand consistency and quality control on-site.
* Ensure the brand experience supports shareability and social media virality.
## **5. Brand Identity Systems & Standards**
* Create and manage brand guidelines for both corporate brand and event-specific sub-brands.
* Oversee brand asset development: logos, typography, color systems, key art, graphic templates, and photography direction.
* Maintain organized asset libraries and approval workflows.
## **6. Creative Collaboration & Team Leadership**
* Serve as creative lead and brand authority across departments.
* Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, copywriters, and production teams.
* Provide clear feedback and creative approvals to maintain brand integrity.
* Mentor junior marketing/branding team members as needed.
## **7. Partnerships, Sponsors & Co-Branding**
* Support sponsorship development through strong brand decks and partnership materials.
* Ensure co-branded assets meet brand standards and maintain premium presentation.
* Work with partners, venues, and city stakeholders to ensure brand alignment.
## **8. Research, Insights & Brand Health**
* Track guest feedback, social sentiment, competitor trends, and market opportunities.
* Use research to refine brand positioning and improve customer perception.
* Analyze campaign performance metrics and report insights to leadership.
## **9. Budget & Vendor Management**
* Manage branding budgets across creative development, printing, signage, and vendors.
* Lead relationships with external agencies, printers, fabricators, and creative contractors.
* Ensure deliverables meet deadlines, quality standards, and brand expectations.
# **Required Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Design, or related field.
* 7–10+ years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or creative leadership.
* Experience in live entertainment, experiential marketing, attractions, festivals, touring events, hospitality, or themed environments.
* Proven ability to develop and scale brand identity systems.
* Strong project management experience across multiple timelines and teams.

* Experience working with international production teams or overseas creative vendors.
* Experience branding ticketed attractions or tourism-driven events.
* Familiarity with print production, fabrication processes, and large-format signage.
* Strong understanding of social-first creative and viral content strategy.

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
