About the team you are joining

The Global Aviation Data Management (GADM) team is responsible for
the development, implementation and support of data solutions needed to monitor
safety, operational and efficiency KPIs. These includes, without being limited
to: 
- Data Sharing Program (IDX, FDX, MCX)
- Supporting internal and external businesses in their data, reporting and dashboard needs, including IATA Audit programs such as IOSA and ISAGO
- Developing a coherent approach to data visualization and analysis.
- Ensuring the availability, reliability, and quality of the data and related dashboards through continuous monitoring.
- Adhering to data governance
policies, quality standards and best practices. 

What your day would be like

You will be working with a team on the
following items: 
- Perform routine analysis of operational, audit and maintenance cost data
- Liaise with stakeholders on analysis specifications to ensure good understanding of requirements
- Support the development of analytics. This includes the development of statistical and ad hoc analysis reports 
- Develop analytical visualizations (Power BI dashboards) using the datasets available to the GADM team
- Assist with data collection from airlines
- Act as the first point of contact and maintain regular communication with a number of allocated customer accounts

We would love to hear from you if you have

- Passion for aviation data and experience in the field.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI is a must.
- Minimum two (2) years of relevant operational experience in one or more the following roles: aircraft engineer, audit manager, etc.
- University degree, technical degree or equivalent, preferably in the disciplines of Engineering (mechanical, aeronautical or systems) or Computer Science.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and report writing skills, and the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication skills in English, knowledge of an additional language would be an asset.
