Culinary Supervisor

We are seeking a talented and experienced Cook to join our culinary team. In this dynamic role, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth and consistent operation of our campus food services in our operation. You will be responsible for menu planning, maintaining quality standards, and providing hands-on support. Job Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning & Management: Organize and plan weekly rotating menus for all campus locations, aligning food specials by station and site. Monitor Express item sales by location and suggest alternate items as required
  • Quality Control: Ensure product specifications are consistent across all sites through compliance with Prima standards. Onsite observation and suggest recommendations
  • Operational Support: Provide hands-on culinary duties and assist the Executive Chef as required.
  • Event & High-Volume Support: Drive production on a daily basis to ensure seamless execution.
  • Catering Management: Create and maintain seasonal catering menus and content.
Qualifications
    • Proven experience as a Cook or Lead, Sous Chef, or in a similar culinary leadership role.
    • Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, Aramark concepts, Primaweb, and quality control standards.
    • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple menus and locations simultaneously.
    • Ability to analyse sales and volumes
    • Creative and passionate about developing seasonal and special menus including ERG events.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills with a strong teaching acumen
    • Flexibility to travel between different campus and account locations as needed.
