Position Overview:
As a Solutions Engineer at FISPAN, you will be an integral part of our Solutions Team, supporting the delivery and implementation of our cutting-edge embedded finance solutions. Working alongside our Solutions Engineers and Architects and collaborating across departments, you will contribute to understanding client needs, designing technical integrations, and ensuring the successful adoption of FISPAN's products. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the pre-sales process by assisting with technical inquiries and information gathering for bank product requirements
- Collaborate on the creation of solutions documentation, setting the foundation for detailed proposals and technical bank specifications
- Develop and maintain supporting documentation and content for the Solutions Team, focusing on streamlining requirements gathering and efficient follow-ups.
- Produce compelling demo videos that showcase key features and benefits of FISPAN's products
- Conduct in-depth research on client personas and the institutions receiving demonstrations
- Lead in the delivery of customized product demonstrations
- Learn to interpret technical specifications and translate them into actionable insights for integration efforts.
- Work with product teams to build solutions for repeatable, efficient implementation experiences
- Develop into an expert on connectivity standards, including authentication, encryption, and APIs.
- Gain familiarity with data standards such as XML and JSON used in financial data exchange.
- Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at improving FISPAN processes and knowledge sharing within the Solutions team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Technical Role.
- Demonstrated aptitude for understanding technical concepts and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical details clearly.
- Strong understanding of software integration concepts and API interactions.
- Expertise with technical documentation creation.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow as a member within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Compensation Package
FISPAN believes in an atmosphere and culture when innovation can flourish, collaboration and teamwork are valued and transparency is at the core of it all. We want our employees to see how the ideas they help generate today have an impact on how we do business tomorrow.With that, the hiring salary range for this position is $75,000 - $89,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on comparable market data from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive semi-annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
