Ledcor is actively hiring Drillers, Blasters, and Equipment Operators for civil and mining projects across Canada. These are steady, long-term roles with solid crews, reliable work, and clear direction.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Perform equipment operation duties in accordance with site procedures and safety standards
- Participate in pre-shift safety meetings, hazard assessments, and toolbox talks
- Identify and report hazards; stop work when conditions are unsafe
- Operate equipment and tools safely and responsibly
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew to support safe, coordinated work
- Follow all PPE, environmental, and site safety requirements
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in civil or surface mining work, ideally around drill and blast crews, or the motivation to learn drill and blast operations from the ground up
- Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
- Ability to work rotations, shifts, and overtime
- Valid driver's license and driver's abstract
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on uneven terrain
- Successful completion of pre-access drug and alcohol testing
- Ability to work up to 12 hour rotating day/night shifts in all weather conditions

- Travel allowances provided from anywhere in Canada
- Living out allowance or camp available
- Various shifts available
Compensation
$0.00 per hourThis is the applicable wage for this position.
Remote, site-based positions may be eligible for additional incentives including but not limited to travel and accommodation allowances.
