As a Workplace Services Attendant (WPS), you will play a key role in delivering daily services that ensure exceptional employee experience aligned with established standards. Through your contribution, you will directly support smooth operations and employee well-being.
The WPS Attendant provides both administrative and hands-on services across three main areas: customer service (events, Zone management, and vendor follow-up), floor operations (shipping, installation, and physical security), and document-related activities (mail, imaging, and inventory management). This position is a great opportunity to showcase your skills within a caring organization where collaboration, efficiency, and people are top priorities.
Please note that this position is 100% on-site and may involve physical effort, including the occasional movement of heavy objects. The work schedule is based on business needs and is generally from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
What you'll accomplish with us
As a Workplace Services Attendant (WPS), you will be at the heart of our mission. Your main responsibilities include:
Handling internal requests related to material resources received virtually, by phone, or in person, and ensuring follow-up or referral to the appropriate resources when required.
Processing requests related to access cards, parking, and lost, stolen, or defective cards, in accordance with established procedures.
Coordinating room reservations and ensuring all activities required for events, including preparation, setup, and teardown of spaces based on internal client needs.
Following up on service disruptions or issues with vendors and escalating them to the immediate supervisor when necessary.
Managing requests related to building security, facility issues or anomalies, and performing various manual maintenance and installation tasks.
Preparing and managing shipments of equipment and documents for carriers, in compliance with operational standards.
Receiving, sorting, distributing, scanning, and processing incoming documents and parcels, in accordance with established standards and available tools.
Managing requests for document storage, retrieval, and destruction, in compliance with applicable laws, policies, and standards.

Holds a high school diploma, has 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in similar roles, a good command of the MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, data entry), strong manual skills, and good physical condition.
