We are seeking a skilled Customs Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in enforcing customs laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce customs laws and regulations related to importing and exporting goods
- Detect and prevent the smuggling of prohibited goods
- Conduct inspections of individuals and conveyances
- Analyze intelligence data to identify potential threats
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
The selected candidate will undergo rigorous training at our Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) located in Glynco, GA.
You Qualify If... :You meet one or more of the following requirements: ,>,>p - You have completed 1 year or more as an officer with federal law enforcement experience. You hold a Master’s degree from an accredited university. Or, a combination of relevant experience AND successfully completed graduate-level education may be considered
