This is a 24-hour service, so flexibility is key! You will work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends. We can discuss options for flexible shifts, such as nights only, weekends only, or part-time hours.

While your primary focus will be on supporting me, there may be times when you assist others in need. Don't worry—you'll receive all the training necessary to provide confident and competent support to everyone in our care.

This collaborative approach fosters a team-focused, person-centered environment where everyone receives the care and attention they deserve.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Be patient, understanding, and confident in your approach.
  • Communicate mindfully, using honest and consistent language.
  • Support me in challenging situations with a non-judgmental attitude.
  • Collaborate with specialists in multi-disciplinary teams, including Occupational Therapists and Social Workers.

Are You the Right Fit?
