Join our dedicated team supporting four amazing individuals in their own homes and within the community. Our clients live with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Challenging Behaviors, and they need your specialized support to thrive.
Note: A valid UK Driver's License is required for this role.
Shifts: This is a 24-hour service, so flexibility is key! You’ll work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, sleep-ins, and weekends.
We utilize a digital social care record system to streamline daily tasks, allowing you to focus more on what truly matters: the people you support.
Your Role and Responsibilities
In this hands-on position, no two days will be the same! Your responsibilities will include:
- Promoting the independence of the residents we support
- Assisting with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, and planning outings
- Helping residents develop life skills and pursue personal interests
- Providing support with personal care needs and medication
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to service monitoring
