**Customs and Border Protection Officer: Protect America's Interests**

We are seeking highly skilled individuals to join our elite team of Customs and Border Protection Officers. As a CBPO, you will play a vital role in safeguarding the United States' borders, enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws, and facilitating legitimate trade and travel.

• You will enforce laws relating to importing/exporting merchandise to/from the U.S., Guam, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Virgin Islands;


• Determine admissibility for entry into the United States;


• Conduct inspections of individuals/conveyances;


• Pursue potential threats/national security risks using intelligence techniques/behavior analysis;
  lili>Evaluate cargo/bags/merchandise as part of your inspection duties.​

h5 To qualify for this position at GS-9 grade level,
you must have 1+ year specialized experience applying federal/state/local laws/enforcing import/export regulations/intelligence techniques law enforcement methods.The right candidates should be able demonstrate sharp decision-making skills when dealing with complex situations during their evaluation process.
