Border Protection Specialist - Experienced

This position involves working as a law enforcement officer to secure the nation's borders and protect its citizens.

• Detecting and questioning individuals suspected of violating immigration and customs laws, inspecting documents, and searching possessions to determine citizenship or violations;


• Preventing and apprehending aliens and smugglers at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions;


• Interpreting tracks, marks, physical evidence of illegal entry, performing farm checks, building checks, traffic checks;


• Patrolling international boundaries using government assets such as vehicles/horses/watercraft/off-road vehicles/ATVs/snowmobiles/motorcycles for mission accomplishment;
  giving assistance/guidance/counseling help when needed.”);
