We are seeking an experienced Senior Security Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate on a variety of projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant deliveries while providing essential security oversight. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Work alongside project managers to monitor project progress and offer necessary support. Assist leadership to deliver projects according to specifications, timeframes, and budgetary constraints. Collaborate with teams to create and maintain detailed work plan documents. Track project status and due dates, managing staff relationships related to assigned projects. Generate regular status reports, including work plan details, budget updates, and resource capacity metrics. Facilitate meetings to review project statuses and address any challenges. Ensure adherence to contract specifications and compliance with corporate policies. Specific Duties: Independently perform tasks under the direction of your manager or project leaders on targeted projects. Analyze project documentation and client materials concerning technical and security aspects. Participate in client meetings, providing valuable insights on security topics. Identify potential risks and issues proactively and communicate them to the management. Review and create security-related documents such as System Security Plans, Risk Assessment Reports, and more. Lead security assessments and provide direct oversight to clients and projects. Attend key meetings to gather necessary information for deliverables as defined in project scopes. Meet project deliverables in alignment with company standards and procedures. Assist the team in completing assigned responsibilities within the project timeline. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field. 7-10 years of relevant professional experience. Equivalent education and experience combination may be considered. Job Specific Requirements: Availability during standard client business hours, with potential after-hours work depending on client locations. Minimum 7 years of information security experience, with at least 3 years in security compliance for regulated industries. 5+ years of experience with HIPAA, NIST 800-53, and/or CMS MARS-E or ARC-AMPE frameworks. Familiarity with Windows, Linux/UNIX, and OS/X operating systems. Understanding of AI tools and capabilities. Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts. Proficiency in both agile and waterfall software development methodologies. Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel and Project. Ability to effectively communicate technical subjects to non-technical audiences. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Self-motivated quick learner. Preferred Skills: Experience in the Health & Human Services sector, including programs like Child Support and Medicaid. Security certifications such as CISSP are highly preferred. Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. EEO Statement:
