Data Architecture Leadership:
Oversee end-to-end data architecture, from platform selection and technical design to application development.
Data Analysis and Insights:
Analyze data and deliver insightful reports, utilizing statistical techniques to unearth key insights.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise 7-12+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, machine learning, or cloud architecture.
Proficient in at least one cloud platform.
Experience in architecture & system design, including high-level solution architecture diagrams.
Hands-on experience expected in: Building and deploying ML models (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning).
Model lifecycle & MLOps: MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, SageMaker.
Feature engineering and dataset management.
Large Language Models & Generative AI Experience Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, vector databases.
Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Hugging Face.
Expertise in prompt engineering, model evaluation, and safety measures.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Experience in Data Engineering & Data Architecture Data pipelines: Spark, Airflow, Kafka.
Data lakes & warehouses: Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift.
ETL/ELT design knowledge.
Understanding of data governance & quality frameworks.
Security, Governance, and Responsible AI Experience Established AI governance frameworks.
Adoption of privacy-by-design principles.
Expertise in model risk management practices.
