Help us shape the future of transportation in the Americas with Almaviva's Moova software solutions! Your Role: Lead the adoption of Moova solutions for public agencies and enterprise clients. Maintain a customer-focused mindset, using technology to elevate customer success. Apply your creativity and technical skills to address complex business challenges for our customers. Gather and analyze insights from customers to inform key concepts for our product roadmaps. Engage in sales and business development activities to drive growth. Oversee the full implementation process of Moova solutions, ensuring thorough design reviews and product configurations. Identify and tackle critical business issues using Moova's comprehensive product suite. Collaborate closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Product teams on innovations, outreach, and go-to-market strategies. Build and sustain strong relationships with customers, exploring new growth opportunities through problem-solving and rapport-building. Strive for best-in-class software subscription renewals and exceptional net dollar retention rates. Monitor account growth for Moova, identifying avenues for expansion and enhancement. Act as the primary technical contact for clients, resolving challenges and facilitating ongoing improvement. Perform additional responsibilities as needed. Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. At least 7 years of experience in software delivery management within the transportation or public sectors. Proven record of managing large-scale software deployments and developing customer relationships. Strong leadership skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, maintaining a customer-centric approach. Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. Willingness to travel as needed for customer engagement and internal collaboration, including international travel. Iteris anticipates a competitive base salary range of $127,700 to $142,200 for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
