Job Description The HR Technology Solutions Architect is an experienced technical leader who expertly translates business challenges into strategic technical solutions. This role focuses on leveraging the appropriate technologies within our HR tech stack to enhance employee experiences. This architect will possess a deep understanding of platform capabilities to craft comprehensive solutions that empower execution teams, developers, and partners to consistently achieve desired outcomes. Effective communication is key, as the individual will clarify HR technology strategies in daily design and delivery meetings, making informed decisions that align with project goals while avoiding potential bottlenecks. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with process owners and subject matter experts to identify pain points, gather enhancement ideas, and explore new use cases throughout the employee lifecycle.
Transform vague issues (e.g., case escalations, onboarding challenges, automation gaps) into structured problem statements, specifying scope, impact, and stakeholder personas.
Facilitate technical feasibility discussions and develop a well-defined backlog for people-experience technology and core HCM, ensuring that work is ready for execution pods.
Design technology solutions that support end-to-end employee journeys across Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, AskGM (AI Assistant), and other tools, focusing on measurable outcomes such as automation and efficiency.
Present various solution options to stakeholders clearly and concisely, ensuring complex technology topics are communicated in understandable terms.
Align platform capabilities with business requirements, recommending when a process change may be better than a custom build, and appropriately escalating major decisions to leadership.
Help establish configuration standards for Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and other technological solutions.
Review significant designs and configurations to ensure they meet experience expectations, architectural integrity, integration standards, and operational readiness.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with leaders in People Services and HR Operations, IT, vendor partners, and other subject matter experts as required.
Work collaboratively with IT to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards.
Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in HR Technology implementation or delivery, with at least 3+ years dedicated to ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Workday, or similar large HR platforms.
Proven experience in designing and executing end-to-end HR processes spanning multiple systems and teams.
Experience integrating automation tools with enterprise SaaS solutions.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with People Services (shared services) focused on increasing efficiency of Tier 0/1/2 support.
Compensation: The compensation details provided here are intended as a good faith estimate for this role, based on applicable state laws. The actual base salary offered may vary depending on factors relevant to the position and the selected candidate's geography. The salary range for this position is
$140,100 - $186,700 . The actual base salary will depend on the individual candidate's qualifications and experience.
Bonus Potential: Incentive pay programs are available, rewarding company performance, job level, and individual contributions.

This role is remote; however, candidates residing within a certain radius of a GM hub will need to report to the location three times a week as determined by their manager.
