Senior Software Architect Join our team at CRG as a Senior Software Architect in the Technology and Experience (TechEx) practice. We are committed to modernizing technology stacks for our clients through innovative software design and integration. As a Senior Software Architect, you will lead efforts to transform businesses by leveraging modern architecture practices, cloud technologies, and actionable data. In this role, you'll connect with our clients to strategize, design, and build customized software products, upgrade legacy applications, and develop intelligent products utilizing AI, including machine learning and Generative AI. We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating technology solutions that enhance user experiences while thriving in a rapidly growing and entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with team members and clients to analyze existing systems and solve business challenges. Oversee the full lifecycle of software solutions in Agile projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and implementation. Embrace creativity and develop impactful designs while adhering to client expectations. Create engaging web, desktop, and mobile applications with both front-end and back-end functionality. Participate in every phase of product development, from idea generation to testing and integration. Continuously enhance your technical expertise by learning new languages, frameworks, and paradigms. Utilize problem-solving skills to overcome unexpected challenges and deliver high-quality solutions. Work with teams to incorporate Generative AI capabilities into client solutions, using relevant tools and frameworks for innovation. Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Proficient in various programming languages suitable for full-stack development (e.g., .Net, Java, React, Angular). Extensive experience with major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Advanced understanding of databases and their integration into software solutions. Experience with Agile methodologies and leading teams on complex projects. Strong consultative skills to support client engagements with a focus on revenue targets. Ability to present strategic application modernization to clients effectively. Domain knowledge in digital product development, software engineering, AI-enabled products, and integration platforms. Proven track record of delivering solutions for Fortune 1000 and enterprise clients. Experience working in on-shore, near-shore, or hybrid delivery models. Generative AI Expertise: Experience with Generative AI tools and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, AWS, Azure). Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including NLP and large language models. Ability to develop AI-driven solutions to improve business processes and user experiences. Awareness of ethical considerations in AI applications. Leadership & Collaboration: Bring deep expertise in designing and building custom digital products and leading modernization initiatives. Serve as the technical lead for teams across industries, ensuring successful project delivery. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure engagement value is recognized. Identify and develop tools to address industry-specific challenges. Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in fast-paced environments. Possess excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Commit to fostering inclusion and diversity within teams. General Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in a principal-level role. Engage in business development activities, including opportunity assessment and proposal development. Create work plans, pricing estimates, and risk assessments for prospective engagements. Contribute to thought leadership initiatives to enhance marketing efforts. Participate in networking events and actively build a professional community. High proficiency in English (B2+ level). Success in achieving revenue goals. Ability to work independently and collaboratively on software engineering projects. Enthusiasm for working on diverse projects across multiple industries and technologies. Willingness to travel for client engagements.
