AI Solutions Architect
at Y-Hire, you will be pivotal at the intersection of strategy, technology, and implementation. You will lead the design of innovative AI solutions, guide stakeholders, and manage AI talent teams to ensure project success, all while engaging directly with clients. Develop comprehensive AI systems and workflows that align with client strategies and performance indicators. AI Subject Matter Expert:
Connect evolving AI technologies with their business applications to address client challenges. Deployment & Integration Oversight:
Lead the design, prototyping, and scaling of AI applications, ensuring they seamlessly integrate into existing enterprise systems. Mentorship & Leadership:
Guide and develop your embedded team, providing technical direction and supporting their career growth. Quality Assurance:
Uphold best practices in model selection, data integrity, responsible AI use, and compliance with regulatory standards. Innovation Drive:
Identify and implement emerging technologies to enhance Y-Hire's AI delivery capabilities. Client Growth Support:
Assist in creating proposals, roadmaps, and executive presentations, serving as a thought leader for client executives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). 7-10 years of experience in data, AI, or cloud solution architecture, ideally in a consulting role. Hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning and generative AI solutions. Expertise in integrating AI into enterprise workflows and products. Demonstrated leadership ability while managing multiple client projects. Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively to executives and teams. Knowledge of responsible AI practices, data privacy, and emerging regulations. Proven innovation and thought leadership in applied AI. Open to candidates across the United States, including those not near Crowe office locations. Preferred Skills: Experience with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and model fine-tuning. Proficient in Python; familiarity with MLOps platforms and Git. Background in consulting or client-facing advisory roles.
