We are looking for a motivated and ethical Associate Dentist to join our well-established dental practice in a friendly rural Alberta community, located approximately 3 hours from Edmonton. This role is suitable for both experienced dentists and new graduates. Mentorship and ongoing clinical support are provided to support your professional growth and success.
*Position Details:*
* *Compensation:* Competitive associate compensation with earning potential of up to *45%*, based on experience
* *Production:* Estimated monthly production of *$50,000–$60,000*
* *Employment Type:* Full-time, fixed-term contract
* *Schedule:* Day shifts
* *Location:* Rural Alberta (approximately 3 hours from Edmonton)

*Qualifications:*
* DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or equivalent
* Registered and in good standing with the College of Dental Surgeons of Alberta (CDSA)

* Willingness to commute or relocate to a rural community

Pay: $99,939.65-$404,194.84 per year
