Worth AI is seeking a Quality Analyst to join a product team as the dedicated quality owner for a defined domain of our platform. In this role, you will be embedded within a cross-functional team, working alongside engineers, product managers, and automation specialists to ensure we ship reliable, predictable, and high-quality software. You will develop deep domain expertise, design comprehensive manual test coverage in Qase, execute rigorous validation across complex workflows, and partner with automation engineers to ensure high-value scenarios are automated over time. You are methodical, curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable asking hard questions when requirements feel incomplete or ambiguous. You view quality not as a gate, but as a shared responsibility — and you help raise the bar across the team. Responsibilities
