This role reports to the Director of Portfolio Solutions, a leader recognized for their approachable style and commitment to continuous improvement. This largely remote position allows you the freedom of flexible work arrangements while providing opportunities for moderate travel to engage with clients and attend industry events, further enhancing your connection to market trends and best practices. Your Responsibilities Collaborate closely with sales teams to design and propose customized Kubernetes solutions that meet client needs. Engage directly with clients in presales discussions to fully understand their requirements and demonstrate our product capabilities. Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle, facilitating successful deal closures. Lead impactful presentations and product demonstrations to effectively showcase our solutions to clients. Work collaboratively with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to drive project success. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as outlined by management. Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improvement initiatives. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their growth and expertise. What We Seek Strong expertise in Kubernetes, cloud-native applications, and containerization within hybrid-cloud enterprise environments. Demonstrated success in engaging with clients to understand their enterprise needs related to Kubernetes. Outstanding presentation and communication skills to effectively convey value propositions. Experience in generating and delivering compelling Proof-of-Concept (POC) presentations. Familiarity with collaborative tools and technologies for remote working. Willingness to travel moderately for client engagements. Strong analytical skills to assess client requirements and propose tailored solutions. Proven track record of effective cross-functional collaboration to achieve project objectives. Expertise in industry-specific technologies and emerging trends relevant to our clients. Work Arrangement This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements. While specific in-office days are not required, occasional visits to a local office or travel may be necessary depending on business needs. Compensation Details The expected salary range for this position starts at USD $196,000 and can go up to USD $294,000 per year. Compensation may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include additional components like a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and various benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off). Detailed information on benefits will be provided upon offer of employment.
