Position Overview Inside Sales Representative - Automotive Shop Equipment & Car Lifts Location: Arlington WA. Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week Compensation: 40,000 to $70,000 in the first year, depending on performance. Benefits: Health insurance, paid time off About Us We are a fast-growing supplier of automotive car lifts and auto shop equipment, serving auto repair shops, tire shops, and mechanics. Our company is experiencing outstanding growth of approximately 25% per year, and we're looking for an Inside Sales Representative who wants a long-term career opportunity, not just a job. Position Overview The Inside Sales Representative will be the first point of contact for customers inquiring about our car lifts and automotive shop equipment. You will handle inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries, helping customers find the right equipment for their needs and moving them through the sales process. This is a great role for someone with sales experience and an interest or background in auto repair, tire shops, or mechanical work. Key Responsibilities
* Answer and respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels * Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate car lifts and shop equipment * Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and orders * Use our CRM system to log interactions, track leads, and manage the sales pipeline * Follow up on open quotes and leads to close sales * Collaborate with team members in sales, operations, and customer service * Follow established sales processes, scripts, and company policies
Required Qualifications
* 1-3 years of sales experience (inside sales or related role preferred) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong computer skills and CRM proficiency * Ability to follow directions and established processes * Ability to work well with others in a team environment * Solid negotiation and closing skills
Preferred Experience
* Background or experience in: * Auto repair * Tire shop operations * Mechanical/automotive environment * Comfort discussing technical equipment, specifications, and shop needs * English / Spanish speaking a plus
