Job Description Join our innovative team dedicated to helping customers unlock their data potential through outstanding architectural direction and design. As part of the Oracle Analytics Service Excellence organization, our team of specialized Solution Architects focuses on Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Analytics Server, and Fusion Data Intelligence. Your role will be crucial in promoting the effective use of Oracle Analytics on a global scale. In this significant position, you'll work closely with key FDI customers and partners, offering expert recommendations on optimized implementations and crafting detailed Go-live strategies aimed at boosting user engagement. Responsibilities Evaluate customer needs and formulate actionable solutions designed for varied requirements.
Develop complex product and program strategies grounded in customer insights, implementing scalable solutions for intricate enterprise landscapes.
Engage collaboratively with customers and internal teams to convey strategies, synchronize implementation timelines, and adjust plans as customer objectives evolve.
Prepare for advanced inquiries about products or solutions raised by customers.
Collect and communicate deep product insights influenced by customer needs.
Champion a profound comprehension of customer complexities and effectively present the value propositions of various initiatives during crucial internal discussions.
Primary Skills: At least 7 years of experience with OBIA and Oracle Analytics.
Strong proficiency in Analytics RPD design, development, and deployment.
Thorough understanding of BI/data warehouse analysis, design, development, and testing processes.
Extensive experience in data analysis, profiling, quality, modeling, and integration.
Skillful in crafting complex queries and stored procedures utilizing Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
Expertise in creating engaging visualizations and intuitive workbooks.
Experience in developing AI and ML solutions with Analytics.
Demonstrated ability to improve report performance.
Desirable Skills: Familiarity with Fusion Applications (ERP/HCM/SCM/CX).
Ability to design and implement ETL Interfaces, Packages, Load plans, user functions, variables, and sequences in ODI for both batch and real-time integrations.
Experience with multiple Cloud Platforms.
Certification in FDI, OAC, and ADW.
Note: Certain customer-facing roles may be subject to immunization and health mandates. The compensation range for this position is USD $96,800 to $223,400 per annum, including eligibility for bonuses and equity.
