As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Data Analytics, you will have the opportunity to develop scalable, AI-centric solutions that significantly impact engineering and enhance customer experiences. The Role In this role, you will spearhead the creation of scalable analytics applications powered by AI and machine learning, operating within a cloud environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and subject matter experts to deliver impactful solutions that improve vehicle performance and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do Prototype and implement scalable AI systems, focusing on hybrid AI pipelines and LLMs.
Lead the AI/ML analysis of vehicle engineering and telemetry data, ensuring robustness and relevance of outputs.
Employ statistical methods and clustering techniques to identify and analyze data patterns.
Work with extensive datasets, collaborating with experts to incorporate physical insights into your analyses.
Utilize advanced analytics and signal processing to derive actionable insights from complex telemetry data.
Create engaging data visualizations to effectively communicate findings and interpretations.
Design and build both supervised and unsupervised machine learning models.
Develop and operationalize full-stack AI pipelines utilizing MLOps practices.
Establish strategies for efficient data ingestion, optimization, and model performance in production environments.
Ensure model scalability and efficiency by defining evaluation and retraining processes.
Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on challenging technical issues.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in building and deploying machine learning or deep learning solutions.
Proficient in Python, major ML frameworks, SQL, and signal processing libraries.
Knowledge of ML modeling tools and techniques for classification/regression tasks.
Experience with MLOps tools and deploying models as microservices on cloud platforms.
Expertise in data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Databricks Apps.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, capable of cross-functional collaboration.
Proven ability to mentor junior personnel.
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications) Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in machine learning or deep learning systems in production.
Familiarity with state-of-the-art techniques in AI and LLMs.
Experience in the automotive domain.

The salary range for this role is $134,000 - $226,000, contingent on relevant factors including location and experience. This position also includes bonus potential based on individual and company performance. Benefits:
