Lead technical direction within teams and work closely with stakeholders to craft strategic roadmaps. Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables with your extensive expertise. Provide mentorship and guidance to teammates on design principles and coding best practices. Design and develop foundational infrastructure components utilized across all engineering teams. Deliver high-quality, rigorously tested code that meets customer needs. What We Are Looking For
At least 5 years of experience in software engineering. Strong expertise in distributed systems or data systems; cryptocurrency experience is a significant plus. A proven history of architecting solutions for complex organizational challenges. A genuine passion for creating indexing platforms that connect Web3 and Web2. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the design and development of distributed systems. Experience in a rapidly scaling organization. Knowledge of multiple blockchains (Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.). Experience in transitioning from monolithic architectures to microservices. Familiarity with tools such as Golang, Kafka, Redis, S3, Clickhouse, and MongoDB. A background in developing highly reliable financial systems and security applications. Hands-on experience with on-chain activities, including Ethereum addresses, ENS, and dApps.
