- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock merchandise in appropriate warehouse locations, ensuring FIFO (First-In, First-Out).
- Accurately pick items based on order fulfillment sheets.
- Pack products carefully and efficiently for safe transport.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Follow all company Safety protocols and procedures without exception.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts.
- Support the broader Logistics team in achieving daily operational goals.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred.
- Must be able to handle frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Mandatory use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing and walking for prolonged periods.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety best practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of Logistics and supply chain principles is an asset.
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
