Denver, Colorado is seeking a skilled Warehouse Technician to maintain and optimize our warehouse infrastructure. This role is critical for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Logistics hub. You will be responsible for the upkeep of equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing improvements to enhance productivity and Safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a deep understanding of warehouse equipment and systems. You will collaborate with the warehouse management team to identify and address operational challenges, ensuring our facility runs at peak performance. Your expertise will be key in minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency across all Logistics functions. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on warehouse machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting operations.
- Ensure all equipment is functioning safely and efficiently.
- Implement process improvements to enhance Logistics workflow.
- Conduct regular Safety inspections and ensure compliance.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies.
- Operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks safely.
- Assist with the installation of new equipment.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in Safety and efficiency.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Technician or similar role.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining warehouse equipment.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to perform tasks involving Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must wear and maintain required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of Logistics principles and warehouse operations.
- Commitment to high Safety standards.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
