Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from shelves using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Label packages correctly for transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and picking area.
- Assist with stocking and replenishment of inventory.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and utilize appropriate PPE.
- Contribute to meeting daily Logistics targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse environment is advantageous.
- Ability to perform sustained physical work, including Lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and order fulfillment.
- Understanding of Logistics principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to workplace Safety.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet productivity standards.
