We are seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Workers for our facility in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload materials from trucks.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse areas.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and checks.
- Support the logistics team with various warehouse tasks as needed.
- Be prepared for tasks requiring physical exertion and Lifting.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor setting is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
- Good communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Understanding and commitment to workplace safety is essential.
