Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations using an RF scanner.
- Inspect picked items for quality and ensure they match order details.
- Package items securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate shipping materials.
- Affix shipping labels and any required documentation to packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety.
- Comply with all company safety standards and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management tasks as assigned.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily operational goals.
- Support the overall flow of our logistics operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform lifting tasks up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong emphasis on safety and PPE compliance.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
- Good manual dexterity for packing operations.
