Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse inventory using an RF scanner or order sheet.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
- Efficiently pack items into appropriate boxes or containers, using correct packing materials to prevent damage during shipping.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, with proper training.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform lifting of up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE guidelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
